Changing demand priority

Demand priorities let Binocs know which demand to plan first. Often it’s enough to define priorities on the demand channel level. But you can also be more specific and set different priorities on demand folders or even individual demand items.

Prioritizing demand channels

  1. Select the demand channel in the demand channel list, this will bring you to the demand tree.

  2. Select the demand channel folder which is the top folder in the demand channel tree.

  3. Enter the priority value in the priority field in the demand detail. The priority can have a value from 1 to 100, 1 being the highest priority, 50 the default value and 100 the lowest priority.

click 50 in the demand detail

  1. That’s it! Priority is now set for all demand in the demand channel, except folders and items that were already prioritized. Priority exceptions are shown in the demand tree with the priority icon.

  3. That’s it! Priority is now set for all demand within the demand folder, except folders and items that were already prioritized. The priority of the demand folder is now an exception on the priority of the demand channel and is shown in the demand tree.
