Using worklists

A worklist allows team leaders to create an priority based list of demand lines specifically for their team. But also demand managers can use worklists to view demand from another angle. Use the sort and filter criteria to configure how you want to list the demand items.

Team leaders can use worklists for demand progress tracking. This is how:

  1. Type the name of the team in the demand search field

  2. Click tracking for team in the dropdown menu. All demand with active statuses for this team is listed

  3. In the worklist, select the demand item you like to adapt the status or execution dates

  4. Start adapting statuses and execution dates of the tracked demand items in the demand detail
